Customer Experience Evaluator/Quality Control Inspector Needed
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and observant individual to work as a Customer Experience Evaluator/Quality Control Inspector. As an independent contractor, you’ll be responsible for evaluating customer experiences at various businesses and providing feedback on quality control.
Responsibilities:
– Visit assigned businesses and make observations about customer service, product quality, and overall experience
– Provide detailed reports on your findings, including photos
– Evaluate businesses based on predetermined criteria
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
– Reliable transportation and smartphone
– Excellent observational and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
